I’m Michael Wales and I am known as The Child Injury Attorney because my entire practice is built on one mission: protecting children who’ve been hurt by negligence. I bring a blend of compassion, determination and legal experience to every case.

My motivation comes from seeing how vulnerable children are when tragedy strikes. They can’t advocate for themselves, so I’ve dedicated my career to being their voice and ensuring their rights are fully protected.

I want every parent to feel hope and trust, knowing I truly care, listen and fight for their child’s future. I earn that trust through honesty, empathy and clear communication, standing beside families every step of the way.

Unlike big firms, I work personally with every family. Clients talk directly with me in a welcoming, transparent office. I approach each case with compassion and discipline because every child’s story deserves to be told with dignity and strength.

My experience as a police officer and judge shaped how I practice law. I know how to uncover facts, stay calm under pressure and understand what truly persuades a judge.
