The first consultation is always free. Families can meet me in person, over the phone, or via video, whatever makes them most comfortable.
Parents should bring any available documents, medical records, accident reports, photos, or correspondence. If they don’t have everything yet, that’s okay. I’ll help them gather what’s needed.
I understand these are emotional conversations. My office environment and staff are trained to provide warmth, patience and confidentiality from the first call.
Once I take a case, I immediately begin investigating, securing evidence and notifying the responsible parties or insurers. My priority is protecting the child’s rights from day one.
